  • Who will you work with for your real estate needs? You will work with a local real estate associate who meets an elevated level of professionalism and has proven success in their marketplace.
  • How is the rebate calculated? Your rebate will be based on the home sale price and will range from $500 to $3,000 according to the chart below.

Eligibility Requirements

  • This program is available to new clients who first register through our Business Development Department by calling Nicole Russell at 802-951-2145 or emailing Nicole at nicolerussell@vtregroup.com
  • Client must be an active or retired service member. Proof of status through Military ID card or DD214 required.
  • Client must be exclusively represented by a Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Vermont Realty Group participating agent.
  • This rebate cannot be combined with any other rebate or referral program.
  • This rebate will be paid at closing and is subject to mortgage lender approval. If a rebate does not receive mortgage lender approval it cannot be paid.
